2019 Little Rice Fire Chili Cook Off People’s Choice Award goes to the Minocqua Fire Department for our Bourbon & Brisket Chili . All the chilis were fantastic. 1/12/19.

Minocqua Public Library Story Time was held at Minocqua Fire Department on October 16th. Kids and parents learned some safety tips, heard a story, sang a song, met some of our firefighters and of course got to see the fire trucks.

Newly elected Chief Luke Taylor and Firefighter Charlie Imlah visited Trinity School this morning to teach some fire prevention to the Pre-K thru 2nd grade students. Great group of kids, thanks for having us!

Minocqua Firefighters Luke Taylor and Charlie Imlah joined with Hazelhurst Firefighters Nate Meade and Luke Fashingbauer to provide Fire Prevention information to MHLT Pre K and Kindergartners.

Firefighters Dave Edwards and Paul Seidler hosted MHLT First Graders Tuesday November 5th 2019 at the fire station. One of the groups was interrupted by an actual call so the kids got to watch the trucks arrive back at the station. Thank you for visiting our station, we enjoyed your visit!

Our firefighters Luke Taylor, Charlie Imlah and Mark Vapnar visited Northwoods Creative Kids, October 14th,  to teach them some fire safety. The kids loved seeing the fire truck.
